Chef Emmanuelle’s teaching skills are exceptional—she explains each step clearly, keeps the class engaging, and makes even complex techniques feel approachable. Her passion for cooking really shines through, and she creates such a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.
The menu was absolutely delicious. The fiery scampi had the perfect balance of heat and flavor, and the seafood medley was fresh, beautifully prepared, and incredibly satisfying. We also loved learning how to make fettuccine pasta from scratch—it was such a fun and rewarding experience, and Chef guided us through it with patience and expertise. Every dish we made tasted like something from a high-end restaurant.
