Chef Luana’s pizza class was fantastic! The first thing you learn is that great pizza is all about the dough, and Chef Luana does an incredible job explaining every step of the process in a way that’s both detailed and easy to follow. I had no idea how much craftsmanship goes into making the perfect dough until taking this class.
Chef Luana is a wonderful teacher and is clearly passionate about what she does. My wife and I loved hearing her stories and learning the “why” behind each step, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
