About The Cookery Fort Worth
The Cookery Fort Worth runs three-hour, dinner party style classes at 710 S Main St. You arrive to a snack and a drink, put on an apron, and cook a three course meal with a small group, usually 12 to 14 guests. Each course is served family style at a large farm table. Wine, beer or cocktail pairings come with class, and you can bring your own bottle with no corkage fee.
The menus range widely. The fall calendar includes Pasta Perfecto, Dim Sum, Passage to India, Bourbon Street, Taste of Korea and a Steakhouse night, and every public class costs $125 per person. Studio manager Kayela Denison leads a team that includes instructors Danielle Watley, Christina Lott and Jewel Molley. The Cookery, founded by Kelly Huddleston, also has studios in Dallas and Houston.
Beginners are welcome, since chefs go over the basics at the start of each class. If you cancel 72 hours ahead you get class credit, not a refund. Google reviewers rate it 4.9 from 241 reviews.

No. Chef instructors cover the basics at the start of every class before moving into the evening's cuisine, and all levels are welcome.
