About this class
Chef Erick and his assistants did an amazing job guiding us. We made a delicious NY strip steak with an olive tapenade, sautéed shrimp, small roasted potatoes and an absolutely delicious Panna cotta. We had such a fun and informative time and learned some skills which will be very handy.
