In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ricky, you'll slice, roll and serve seven types of sushi and a dessert temari from scratch using high-quality ingredients and smart cooking techniques.
Some of the sushi you can look forward to rolling includes a California roll with avocado, imitation crab and cucumber, a spicy tuna roll with cucumber, a crispy crab roll with two sauces and crunchy shallots and more.
