Take fresh pasta into artistic territory in this hands-on cooking class with The Pasta Artisans at a family-owned Italian market. This session builds on the fundamentals with a stunning twist, teaching you to color pasta naturally and turn simple dough into something genuinely beautiful over about 1.5 hours.
You will start by mixing and kneading your own naturally colored dough, then set it aside to rest while you enjoy antipasto and watch a demonstration of the manual pasta sheeter and herb lamination. Once rested, you will sheet your dough by hand and create several shapes featuring natural color patterns, marbling and delicate laminated herbs.
