About Priscilla's Kitchen Catering and Cooking Classes
Priscilla's Kitchen is the class arm of PKC Food & Beverage, a catering and private chef business run by founder and executive chef Priscilla Gator. The classes are hands-on and family-style, and the site says they feel like cooking at home with your family. Guests bring their own drinks.
The menu rotates. Recurring themes are Hibachi, Soul Food, Pasta Making, American Steak House, Caribbean and West African, with seasonal classes added. Recent dates include a Caribbean class with jerk chicken and grilled snapper, a Thanksgiving prep class with turkey and collard greens, and a couples hibachi night.
Every class offers seafood and meat options, and vegan or vegetarian versions are available on request. Classes suit beginners and experienced cooks alike. Seats are limited, and several dates have sold out or shown low stock.
