Chef Paul or one of the talented resident chefs will walk you through searing steak and finishing it with bourbon-shallot butter. Then make roasted sweet potatoes with bacon vinaigrette and shaved Brussels sprouts with shallots and pine nuts. Wrap it all up with a warm apple crumble served with cinnamon ice cream for dessert.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
