About Well Done Cooking Classes
Well Done Cooking Classes is a hands-on cooking school in Spring Branch, Houston. You cook at your own station in a team of up to four. Instructors step in only to demonstrate a technique. Most classes last 2.5 to 3 hours, and you eat what you make. The school holds a 5 rating from 2,383 Google reviews, and reviewers name chefs Kyndra, Oscar and Tiffany.
The calendar has two main tracks. Evening date nights such as Bourbon Street Bites, Tuscany on Your Plate and the Three-Course Chicken Wellington Dinner are three or four course meals. Most guests at these are couples. Technique and Fundamentals classes such as Knife Skills 1, Sauce Mastery and Pork Perfection teach skills one at a time. You can also commit to a 20-class Culinary Certificate Program.
Public classes cost $69 to $120 a seat. Every class is BYOB with no corking fee. Private events start at $79 per person and take groups of up to 50.

Can I come alone?
Yes, you can join a class on your own. Guests usually cook in groups of up to four. Some date night classes require booking seats in pairs, so check the ticket options first.
Can I bring wine?
Yes. All classes are BYOB with no corking fee. Glasses, corkscrews and ice are provided. Some classes also offer a wine or beer pairing for $25 extra.
How long are classes?
Most run 2.5 to 3 hours. You usually get an appetizer within the first 45 minutes, and the main meal is ready 2 to 2.5 hours in.
