About Sur La Table
This Sur La Table is a kitchen store at 11800 Domain Boulevard, Suite 130, with a teaching kitchen inside. It is open daily, 10am to 9pm Monday to Saturday and noon to 6pm Sunday.
Public classes are hands-on. You are paired into a group of four at a shared workstation, cook the menu with a chef instructor, then eat it family-style. Portions are tasting size, not full entrees. Most classes run 2 to 2.5 hours, specialty baking runs up to 3 hours, and short technique sessions last an hour. Online classes run on Zoom.
Most classes are for ages 14 and up, and minors need a paying adult. Menus range from Thai curries to French pastry, with some built for couples.
Private classes suit birthdays, friends, and corporate team building, for up to 20 people in the store or on video. Menus can be adjusted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy needs. Plan 6 to 8 weeks ahead.
