The campus has 6 professional-grade kitchens, 8 learning kitchens, a smoker and a student-run Agricultural Learning Center where students grow and harvest seasonal produce for class. Chef Instructors include August Ench and Miguel Olmedo in culinary arts and Cara Anam in pastry arts. Kristen Kish, host of Top Chef, serves as Chef-in-Residence.
Students finish with a hands-on industry externship, and financial aid is available to those who apply and qualify. Home cooks who want a single evening instead of a program can book the separate non-credit enthusiast classes, which are described on their own page.
