Private in-home cooking classes, team events and kids parties led by chefs
Silver Whisk Cooking brings chefs to you. Right now it offers only private classes held in your home or at another site you choose, so there is no seat to book in a shared class.
Classes usually last 2 hours. Sample classes include Sushi for Beginners, Bread by Hand, Homemade Pasta and Dinner Party 101, whose sample menu is a caramelized onion and goat cheese tartlet, pan seared salmon and wine poached pears. The kitchen team can also lead the menu in a genre you choose, such as Indian, Italian, French or American Regional.
Silver Whisk also runs corporate team buildings for groups of 10 to 500, with Hands-On, Iron Chef and Scavenger Hunt formats. Kid and teen parties are for ages 16 and under with a minimum of 10 children. Pricing is custom and depends on cuisine, number of courses, ingredients and guest count.
