In our Small Plates cooking class, guests take turns at the cooking stations creating recipes to share with the group. Our chef shares tips, tricks and demonstrations along the way. This is a standing cocktail party style event culminating in a meal of small plates.
As the days grow shorter and the temperatures begin to fall, there's nothing more inviting than gathering for a warm, comforting meal.
